CRM Data (Self-Hosted)

If you self-host SMT-CRM, all your CRM data stays on your server. We have no access to it whatsoever.

CRM Data (Managed Cloud)

If you use our managed cloud hosting, your CRM data is stored on servers we operate. It is encrypted at rest and in transit. We access it only for operational/maintenance purposes and never share it with third parties.

• Deliver and maintain the SMT-CRM service you purchased
• Process payments and send receipts via PayPal
• Send transactional emails (account setup, renewal reminders)
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for targeted advertising.

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active plus 2 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

Server access logs are retained for 90 days.

Our website uses only essential session cookies necessary for the site to function (e.g., keeping you signed in). We do not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies.

We use the following third-party services:

• PayPal — payment processing. Subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy.
• Postfix (self-hosted SMTP) — outbound email delivery. No third-party email service provider.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated personal data
• Export your CRM data (managed cloud customers)
• Opt out of non-transactional communications

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption, regular security updates, file permission hardening, and access logging. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SMT-CRM is a business software product intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you by email of material changes. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
